Peter Fountain, Dylan Menante Advance To Match Play In U.S. Amateur


UNC men's golfers Dylan Menante and Peter Fountain qualified Tuesday for match play after two rounds of stroke play in the United States Amateur in Paramus, N.J. Menante tied for 14th place in the 312-player field at 1-over-par 142. Menante shot 1-under 69 Tuesday at the Arcola Country Club after posting a 73 at Ridgewood Country Club on Monday.
