Josh Downs Named Preseason Second Team All-American

UNC wide receiver Josh Downs already has been named to watch lists for several prestigious awards, and on Wednesday CBS Sports named him a second team All-American. Downs is the only UNC player on the CBS Sports list. It’s the second preseason All-America list to feature him, after The Sporting News named him to its second team as well. (Chapelboro.com)
