Tar Heels Searching For Inches On Defense

Football is a game of inches. But inside the Kenan Football Center, the phrase is preached: A couple of inches here or an inch there could be the difference between bringing down an opposing ball carrier for a minimal gain or allowing a big play. This mantra comes from UNC defensive coordinator Gene Chizik. It’s called, "Searching for inches." (Tar Heel Illustrated)
