Virginia All-State Receiver Paul Billups To Commit Aug. 24

Paul Billups combines size, speed, and great hands. Last season, he had 32 receptions for 572 yards and six touchdowns to earn all-state honors. He is rated the No. 10 senior in Virginia by Rivals. He has nearly 30 offers, including those from North Carolina, Michigan State, and Virginia Tech. He is scheduled to announce his college decision on August 24. (Yahoo! Sports)
