Michael Jordan Game-Worn College Shoes at Auction to Benefit UNC Basketball
Posted Aug 22, 2022
A signed pair of basketball shoes that Michael Jordan wore during his first year at North Carolina are up for auction, with a large portion of the proceeds set to be donated to Carolina Basketball. The shoes trace back to the 1981-82 season at UNC, when a then-freshman Jordan gave them to his roommate that year, basketball team manager Chuck Duckett.
