Erin Matson, Meredith Sholder Named Preseason All-ACC Field Hockey

Tar Heel seniors Erin Matson and Meredith Sholder were named to the Preseason All-ACC field hockey team and UNC was predicted to win a sixth-straight ACC title in voting by the league's seven head coaches. Led by Matson, the four-time ACC Player Offensive Player of the Year, the Tar Heels received five first-place votes and for a league-high 47 points. (GoHeels.com)
