UNC Football Lands Commitment From Virginia WR Paul Billups

On Wednesday, high-3-star wide receiver Paul Billups announced his North Carolina commitment. In June, Billups, a 6-foot-2, 185-pounder from Chesapeake (Va.) Western Branch High, named Michigan State, UNC, and Virginia Tech as his finalists. "I like the coaching staff," Billups said of UNC.
