Bill Hayes reflects on being honored by North Carolina
Posted Aug 27, 2022
Growing up in Durham, NC in the 1950s, Bill Hayes lived in the shadow of UNC. Living in the Jim Crow South, UNC was a school he couldn’t have attended. So being honored at UNC is pretty wild.
