Undrafted Tomon Fox makes 53-man roster with New York Giants, four other Tar Heels released
Posted Aug 31, 2022
NFL teams cut their rosters to 53 players Tuesday, which led to terrific news for linebacker Tomon Fox but a disappointing day for several other former UNC players. After 29 Tar Heels were in NFL camps, that number of players is down to 18, with three others on injured reserve. Fox was the only undrafted rookie in Giants camp to make the cut.
