Tar Heels attempting to maintain intensity

If Mother Nature was interested in setting the proper mood, it would have arranged for three straight days of thunderstorms over North Carolina's practice fields instead of the gorgeous weather that has prevailed. Evidently, there's been plenty of electricity and bluster on the field. Consider running back Shaun Draughn's report on Monday's practice: "Coach Davis was jumping everybody," Draughn said.
