North Carolina has only offered two additional players in the class of 2023, power forwards T.J. Power and Zayden High. Simeon Wilcher remains the Tar Heels' lone 2023 commit. We've already discussed Power, and now we turn our attention to High, who has scheduled an official visit to UNC for September 30.
