App State Game Returns UNC's Mack Brown to Special Time, Place

Mack Brown takes North Carolina to Appalachian State for Saturday afternoon’s clash at Kidd Brewer Stadium, the Tar Heels’ first-ever visit to Boone and a return for Brown that has been 39 years in the making, back to the place that provided the first taste of the job that has become his life’s work. He spent just one season there as App State’s coach. (Inside Carolina)
