UNC's Maddy May Named ACC Volleyball Freshman Of The Week

After helping North Carolina to a pair of wins, freshman libero Maddy May has been named the ACC Freshman of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday. It is the first weekly honor of May's career and the first weekly award of the season for the Tar Heels. May tallied a combined team-best 50 digs in Carolina's three matches last week.
