Drake Powell committed to North Carolina on Thursday. Powell becomes the first commit in UNC's 2024 basketball recruiting class and it comes one day after the Tar Heels missed on T.J. Power, who committed to Duke. With UNC losing out on his commitment, Carolina turns next to Zayden High in the 2023 class.
