Sam Meza Named ACC Women's Soccer Defensive Player Of The Week


UNC midfielder was named ACC Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week ton Tuesday with the release of its weekly honors. It is the first weekly accolade of her career. Meza helped No. 2 North Carolina post a 2-0 week with a 3-0 road win over No. 3 Duke on Thursday and a 2-1, come-from-behind win over UCF at home on Sunday. (GoHeels.com)
