In a matchup of Charlotte-area heavyweights, Tad Hudson led Hough High to a 16-7 victory over Chambers High, completing 62 percent of his passes for 151 yards and a touchdown. Meanwhile, Chris Culliver intercepted two passes and scored on receptions of 26 and 60 yards. Julien Randolph turned three catches into a pair of TDs and 60 yards. (Inside Carolina)
