"Unless the field goal is gonna put the game away and we're very likely to make it, I'd rather go for it [on 4th down]," UNC coach Mack Brown said Wednesday (Video). "We want to score points, especially since we're struggling some on defense we want to score seven. There's no guarantee your field goal is not going to be blocked or you might miss it. "
