Drake Maye picks apart Virginia Tech as UNC football wins its ACC opener

North Carolina (4-1, 1-0) shook off the frustration from a rout at the hands of Notre Dame a week ago to open its ACC schedule with a 41-10 drubbing of Virginia Tech (2-3, 1-1). But the Tar Heels bounced back with another big game from redshirt freshman quarterback Drake Maye and a defense that never allowed the Hokies to get any rhythm on offense.
