Thanks to proactive schedule shifting, Hurricane Ian directly impacted the games of just two North Carolina football recruits. That allowed standout performances from class of 2023 commits Kaleb Cost (6 receptions for 95 yards, 61 yards in punt returns, broke up 2 passes.), Chris Culliver (9 receptions for 177 yards, 3 TDs), and Joshua Horton (9 tackles).
