High Hopes For UNC Women's Basketball This Season

After a solid 2021-22 season finishing 25-7 and making it to the Sweet 16 for the first time in 7 years, the UNC women’s basketball team, like the men’s, is returning four of five starters. This team is also a mature one, with Courtney Banghart’s first full recruiting class as head coach all being juniors this season. Hopes are high this will be a breakout season.
