UNC job named the best in all of college basketball

As we get set for the start of the 2022-23 season, Matt Norlander of CBS Sports brought up the topic of the best jobs in college basketball. Sitting there at No. 1 is UNC. There are a few factors that go into this including history, tradition, money, talent, etc. Hubert Davis is hoping to follow in the footsteps of Dean Smith and Roy Williams, bringing a title to Chapel Hill.
