Cam Johnson unable to reach contract extension agreement with Suns

The Phoenix Suns and Cameron Johnson were unable to reach agreement on a contract extension prior to Monday’s deadline. Johnson, in the last year of his first contract, now will be a restricted free agent next summer. The 26-year-old Johnson is coming off his best year yet. He was a Sixth Man of the Year finalist, averaging career highs across the board. (Arizona Sports)
