Notes from Mack Brown's open-week press conference on Tuesday (Video): Brown said the midseason bye week sets up as a time for UNC to address roster management. "You start looking at who’s going to transfer, you start looking at who’s going to the NFL," Brown said. "With the transfer portal, roster management is different than it’s ever been."
