The 2022-23 AP preseason men’s basketball poll was released earlier this week. The North Carolina Tar Heels sit alone atop the poll for the 10th time in program history. Armando Bacot was named ACC preseason Player of the Year and was joined on the All-ACC first team by Caleb Love. Host Isaac Schade breaks it all down.
