Mack Brown said the UNC coaching staff was able to put extra emphasis on scouting Virginia’s win at Georgia Tech and Pitt’s loss at Louisville with the Tar Heels enjoying an open date. UNC plays at Virginia on Nov. 5, after facing Pitt on Saturday at Kenan Stadium. Brown said Pitt star Israel Abanikanda is one of the best running backs in the country. (Inside Carolina)
