Film study paid off with McNeese TD

T.J. Yates and John Shoop's exhaustive film study led to Brandon Tate's 57-yard touchdown reception when North Carolina faced McNeese State earlier this season. While watching tape in advance of the season opener, the Tar Heels' quarterback and offensive coordinator noticed that the Cowboys' safeties didn't cover the second seam route on pass patterns.
