NC State commit Dennis Parker to not sign early, will sign late

NC State’s latest basketball commitment, four-star Dennis Parker Jr., will not sign during the early signing period which begins on November 9th and runs through the 16th. The 6-foot-7 class of 2023 small forward out of Richmond (Va.) John Marshall says he plans to sign during the late period in May, after the Wolfpack finish out their basketball season.
