NC State commit Dennis Parker to not sign early, will sign late

NC State’s latest basketball commitment, four-star Dennis Parker Jr., will not sign during the early signing period which begins on November 9th and runs through the 16th. The 6-foot-7 class of 2023 small forward out of Richmond (Va.) John Marshall says he plans to sign during the late period in May, after the Wolfpack finish out their basketball season. (On3.com)
