New York Jets running back Michael Carter is only in his second NFL season but his leadership and maturity are already at such a high level. Take Wednesday, for example. Normally, running backs coach Taylor Embree leads the group during film sessions. Wednesday wasn’t a normal day, however. Embree had to miss practice for a very good reason. (USA Today)
