Carolina program on rise under Butch Davis
Posted Sep 19, 2008
Butch Davis is threatening to become a factor again in his second season at North Carolina, and that impacts Miami's football's future as a fellow ACC Coastal Division member. Hope is building in Chapel Hill, that Davis will quickly work the same magic he worked at UM with the Tar Heels looking to knock off Virginia Tech at home Saturday. North Carolina, a three-point favorite, is aiming to go 3-0 for the first time in more than a decade.
