Jay Wooten gives UNC a kick start

Posted Sep 20, 2008
First impressions are often misleading. But North Carolina is hoping that’s not the case with kicker Jay Wooten. The redshirt freshman responded with a perfect performance that earned him ACC Specialist of the Week honors and another chance to kick for UNC today in its league opener against Virginia Tech.
