Young Tar Heels finding their stride

When Marvin Austin caught his first glimpse of Virginia Tech's Tyrod Taylor, he instantly knew what kind of player Taylor would be classified as by his North Carolina defensive teammates. "He's the MDM — the most dangerous man," Austin said. It has been a long process for UNC, which hosts Tech today, to get back to respectability. Now, Tar Heels coach Butch Davis is developing some MDMs of his own.
