Pete Nance’s Big First Half Signals His UNC Arrival
Posted Nov 16, 2022
It was just one half for Pete Nance, but it was a promising glimpse at the North Carolina forward. After two quiet games to start his Tar Heel career, the 6-foot-11 graduate transfer scripted a near-perfect opening stanza in UNC's 72-66 win over Gardner-Webb on Tuesday night at the Smith Center. Nance poured in 16 of his 18 points during the first half.
