Josh Downs Named Biletnikoff Award Semifinalist

North Carolina wide receiver Josh Downs has been named one of 12 semifinalists for the Biletnikoff Award, announced Monday. A Suwanee, Ga. native, Downs is having another monster season for the Tar Heels, despite missing two games early in the year. He currently leads the ACC in receptions with 77, TDs with 11 and receiving yards per game at 97.6. (GoHeels.com)
