Lucas: Rapid Reactions - UNC vs. Portland
Posted Nov 24, 2022
UNC avoided a Thanksgiving disaster by outlasting Portland, 89-81. The Pilots used a versatile offense and assisted on 22 of 28 field goals to make the game much tighter than expected. Credit to R.J. Davis for drilling a clutch jumper with 24 seconds left to provide some breathing room and then drilling a couple of free throws with 18.4 seconds remaining.
