North Carolina Falls Short Against Alabama In 4-Overtime Marathon

The top-ranked Tar Heels came up just short of No. 18 Alabama 103-101 in a four-overtime marathon on Sunday, and just missed securing their first victory over a ranked opponent this season, all while emptying their energy tank. Caleb Love scored a career-high 34 points on 36 shots from the field — the second-most shots in UNC basketball history.
