UNC Falls To No. 18 In AP College Basketball Poll; Houston Takes Over Top Spot


Houston took over the top spot in the latest AP Top 25 men’s basketball poll, with North Carolina suffering the program’s biggest fall from No. 1 in program history. The Tar Heels (5–2) are No. 18 this week. Indiana, which hosts UNC on Wednesday in the ACC-Big Ten Challenge, moved up one spot to No. 10. The Tar Heels went 1–2 at the Phil Knight Invitational.
