USMNT manager and Tar Heel Gregg Berhalter through the years


has a long history of soccer in the US, starting in New Jersey before playing at UNC. He left UNC after his junior year, signing with Dutch club Zwolle. He also played for the US Men’s National team from 1994-2006 and has managed the team since 2018. Berhalter’s time with the USMNT saw him play in the World Cup in 2002 and 2006. (Tar Heels Wire)
