Josh Downs Declares For NFL Draft

Two-time All-ACC wide receiver Josh Downs is leaving North Carolina for the NFL. Downs is the No. 4 rated wide receiver in the upcoming draft, per ESPN NFL draft analyst Todd McShay, making him one of the top receiving prospects available. In three seasons at UNC, he rose to No. 4 on the all-time receiving list (2,483) and No. 2 in touchdown catches.
