2023 UNC wide receiver commitment Chris Culliver among biggest risers in rankings

With National Signing Day just a few weeks away, the updated Rivals250 rankings for the class of 2023 were released and one UNC football commit was one of the biggest risers. Wide receiver Chris Culliver went from ranked outside of the top 250, to No. 138 in 2023. He caught 80 passes for 1,809 yards with 26 touchdowns this past season for Maiden (NC). (Tar Heels Wire)
