Posted Sep 28, 2008
Cameron Sexton came out of the deep, dark shadows yesterday afternoon in tough conditions to propel UNC past Miami 28-24 for its first ACC win of the season. Sexton, the Tar Heels' No. 3 quarterback, connected with Brooks Foster on a 14-yard touchdown pass with 46 seconds left for the winning points at Dolphin Stadium and to cap a rally from 14 points down in the first quarter. The touchdown pass was Sexton's second in the last nine minutes.
