UNC Set To Battle Oregon In Holiday Bowl - Pregame Notes

North Carolina has qualified for a bowl for the fourth straight year and 37th time overall. The Tar Heels are 15-21 in bowl games. UNC has played in 10 straight bowl games with Mack Brown as its coach. This will be the first time UNC plays a bowl game in California. Mack Brown is 3-2 in five Holiday Bowl appearances.
