Drake Maye passed for 206 yards and 3 TDs, wide receiver Kobe Paysour hauled in 7 receptions for 98 yards and a TD, but the Tar Heels' defense couldn't find one last stop to seal the win as the No. 15 Oregon Ducks defeated UNC 28-27 on a TD pass with 19 seconds remaining at the Holiday Bowl on Wednesday.
