Given that he's only a junior and still a year and a half or so away from graduating from high school, much is going to change between now and when new North Carolina Basketball commit James Brown first steps foot on campus in Chapel Hill, but as of today there is a lot to work with. To go along with his size, Brown has good length and a solid base. (247 Sports)
