Armando Bacot set UNC career records for rebounds (1,221) and double-doubles (61). He broke Tyler Hansbrough's rebound record (1,219) and Billy Cunningham's double-double record. R.J. Davis tied for third-most free throws without a miss in a game by a Tar Heel, going 14 for 14 vs NC State. Caleb Love scored 16 points and was a game-high plus 17.
