UNC Wrestling Beats Virginia, Starts 2-0 In ACC Duals


Behind a first-period pin from Lachlan McNeil and a technical fall by Austin O'Connor, the No. 26-ranked UNC wrestling team defeated Virginia 30-9, Friday at Carmichael Arena. The Tar Heels boasted winners by decision in Jace Palmer (133), Gavin Kane (184), and Aydin Guttridge (285). Jack Wagner (125) continued his winning ways with a major decision. (GoHeels.com)
