Jay Bilas explains why UNC basketball has 'the highest ceiling in the ACC'

UNC basketball, winner of four straight games and 10 of its past 12, enters Wednesday's matchup with Pittsburgh at 15-6, the same record the Tar Heels had through 21 games last season. Like last season's team, UNC is getting hot at the right time and could be poised for another run to the Final Four, according to ESPN college basketball analyst Jay Bilas.
