4. North Carolina - There are some elite playmakers in UNC's 2023 football recruiting class. In-state pass catchers Christian Hamilton and Rivals250 recruit Chris Culliver give the Tar Heels one of the best receiving duos this year. There are also some excellent pass rushers on the way for North Carolina in four-stars Tyler Thompson and Jaybron Harvey. (Rivals.com)
