North Carolina's Bruce Carter blocked three punts - one resulting in a touchdown - and the Tar Heels intercepted Zach Frazer three times - resulting in another TD - as No. 24 UConn's perfect start came to a resounding halt Saturday night when the Huskies were soundly beaten on Tobacco Road, 38-12, before 59,500 at Kenan Stadium.
