Here are five new Tar Heels – two true freshmen, a redshirt freshman, and two transfers – that bear watching in 2023. Receivers Josh Downs and Antoine Green are off to the NFL, and North Carolina has a few intriguing young options, including 4-star signee Chris Culliver, who was the program's highest-rated player in UNC's 2023 football recruiting class.
