21. North Carolina already has a quarterback to make them playoff contenders with Drake Maye. But its defense was one of the worst units in college football a year ago. UNC brought in a new cornerbacks coach, Jason Jones, to help improve that unit. But UNC must be better along its defensive line. The Tar Heels had 17 sacks, fourth worst in the country. (ESPN.com)
